Sunday June 2nd, 2013 marked the first LOBSTER CLAM JAM and the first Lobster festival of its kind in Montreal. The purpose of this festival was to entertain the general public, including children, by offering them a landscape to experience the different ways of preparing and enjoying lobster and many other culinary delights. Renowned local Montreal restaurants of different cuisines were on site at the festival showcasing their unique signature dishes. There was also a Mojito bar, a Beer Bar, a Wine Bar and 2 Dessert sections on site! Guests were treated to a culinary experience by each restaurant, using the best in local and international ingredients. The event was set up in a beautiful outdoor atmosphere at Chateau St. Ambroise, near the Lachine canal just west of the Atwater Market. A special thanks to everyone that helped put this wonderful event together and to all the people that attended. Great food, great music, great people, great weather and lots of fun… We couldn’t of asked for anything more. See you all next year!
